Mould is not always easy to identify right away. Musty odours, staining, recurring moisture, previous leaks or visible patches on walls, ceilings, basements, bathrooms or attics can all be signs that a professional inspection may be needed.
Start with a free in-person visual mould inspection within our standard service area. Our inspector will review the areas of concern, check for visible signs of mould and explain what they find. If visible mould is identified, we can discuss the recommended remediation approach and provide a quote for the required work.
If mould is suspected but cannot be confirmed through visual inspection alone, air or surface sampling may be recommended as a separate paid service. Samples requiring analysis are sent to an independent laboratory so the results can provide clearer information before deciding on the next step.
